Have 3 brothers who have all played or are currently playing college baseball
Oldest brother coached me at Concordia University, NE and is currently the hitting coordinator for the Twins minor league teams.
Dad played college baseball as well.

Accountability: We are all responsible for our own daily choices and will hold ourselves accountable for those choices. We are a part of a team so all players and coaches will hold each other accountable for those daily choices.
Discipline: Each individual coach and player will be disciplined in their daily habits in the classroom, at home, and on the baseball field. We will pay attention to the details and be able to do the little things right daily.
Competitiveness: All players and coaches will create an environment that is extremely competitive during practice, during games, and in the classroom. We will have excellent attitude and effort in everything we do.
