The Colorado Broadcasters Association (CBA) is the governing body for all television and radio news in the state, and they only recognize one high school program entry and one college entry per year. They selected Kaitlyn’s piece as the premiere piece of journalism at the high school level in the state. A huge shout out to her and the Cornett family for letting Kaitlyn do the piece.
