Student CouncilRampart Student Council is a dedicated, focused group of students who work with faculty and administration to support and advocate for the RHS student body.  Most members of Student Council in grades 10-12 are elected by their peers, though a number of spots are reserved for "write-ons" for those who were not elected, but must submit a letter for consideration by the executive student officers.  9th graders are represented by a class of "Emerging Leaders" who undergo a faculty-directed interview and selection process in the spring of their 8th-grade year.  Student Council is co-curricular, meeting both during class and holding after-school commitments.

StuCo plans and executes many of our community events including dances, tailgates, and service projects like Bald 4 Bucks.  Representatives seek to serve their student peers as well as the larger RHS community, and welcome suggestions to continually better our shared community.
