Any time you take your student-athlete to see a doctor for an injury or illness, whether it be one of ours or your own Primary Care Physician, a note must be brought back to Mrs. Valdez-Van De Casteele in order to allow the student-athlete to participate. If it is something you are unsure if a note is warranted please make sure to contact Mrs. Valdez-Van De Casteele prior to ask.
