The following items must be completed before Senior Check-Out:
Code of Conduct forms: All seniors and a parent/legal guardian must complete the Senior Code of Conduct form. The Senior Code of Conduct must be completed to participate in graduation. If you have already completed the Code of Conduct, you do not need to complete it again.
*If the Code of Conduct is not completed by both the senior and parent/legal guardian, you will not be able to complete the required check-out process on May 10th.

**If you are not able to access the Code of Conduct through the links above, go to the Rampart homepage -> click Menu in the upper left -> Student Life -> Senior Class -> scroll to Senior Announcements -> click Senior Code of Conduct forms.
Graduation Survey and ICAP task in Naviance
To access both the Graduation Survey and ICAP Tasks, sign in to Naviance -> go to the Planner tab in the top middle -> click Tasks -> Tasks you need to work on
Final Transcripts: All final transcript requests need to be entered into Naviance by Friday, May 10th. If you request a final transcript after Friday, May 10th, you will need to submit the request through the district office. Please follow the final transcript instructions that were included in the senior parent packet.
Please note: All requests need to be fully completed. Please indicate how you are applying to the school. If you are applying through the Common Application, all Common Application information needs to be completed and matched to your Naviance account. If you are having a transcript mailed, you need to provide the complete mailing address. Incomplete requests cannot be processed and we do not fax official transcripts.
